Refunds

Upon delivery of your order, please make sure to open it in a timely manner checking for missing or damaged items so if needed, we can correct it immediately. If your item is 𝐝𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝, you must reach out within 14 days of delivery acceptance to file a claim. Please keep all packaging included with your order and send the following information:

-Photographs of the damaged areas of the inner and outer contents, to include any labeling on the outside of the box.

-Your name, order number and a detailed description of the damaged contents.

If your order is 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞, please reach out to us right away. Your customer satisfaction is important to us, so if something is not right, please message us we will fix it right away.
